Reduced Sentencing Ordinance

Local Ordinance

We will be introducing this ordinance to Pittsburgh city council on June 24, 2025. The goal is to encourage that prostitution be charged as a summary violation (similar to a littering ticket) rather than a misdemeanor (large fines and jail time).
